I am amazed at how appropriately your name fits the quality and integrity of your work.
You have proved yourself “relentless” in the pursuit of this customer’s satisfaction.
 You masterfully provided me with the best functioning and looking roof on the block
(maybe the neighborhood)
 You installed the highest quality and stunningly attractive gutters
 You restored my chimney
 And you painted the exterior of my house so attractively that one neighbor and his
wife confessed that the he “was jealous” and another neighbor imitated the paint job
gleefully stating that my house was her “inspiration”.
When we discovered that some of the inside damage in my home was due to foundation
issues rather than weather, you kept me in line as I had the foundation work done. You
provided a great resource for the foundation repair and picked back up with the inside
restoration work once the foundation was complete.
My inside paint work is beautiful. My ceilings have never looked this good. And I am so
happy not to see any cracks on any corners or near windows.
You did a fabulous job replacing my original carpet with Luxury Vinyl Planks. Although I
had trouble articulating my vision for the stairs, you stuck with me. You proved yourself
relentless in the pursuit of my satisfaction having multiple crews work and repair/replace
until I was completely amazed with the work.
Thank You for being true to your name. I am so amazed at what you have done with my home. I am sure the original builders would be amazed as well.
